Prime Minister Theresa May arrives at 10 Downing Street following a Brexit statement during which she advised MPs that the EU Withdrawal Agreement Bill presented "one last chance" to deliver Brexit and that MPs will be able to vote on whether to hold another referendum if they back the bill. The bill as presented also contains new guarantees on workers' rights, environmental protections and the Irish backstop together with a “compromise” regarding customs.
