Women carry anti-HS2 banners during action by environmental activists from Save the Colne Valley, Stop HS2 and Extinction Rebellion to prevent tree felling works for the high-speed rail project. The activists were successful in preventing any of the scheduled tree felling by HS2 and after an intervention by a police officer all tree felling and strimming work has now been cancelled for the weekend.
