  • Chalfont St Giles, UK. 18th July, 2020. A new water pipeline and temporary haul road are constructed for the HS2 high-speed rail link close to the Chiltern Heritage Trail and South Bucks Way. The pipeline is being constructed to protect against the creation of turbidity in the water supply as a result of tunnelling and piledriving whilst the haul road will be used to construct a ventilation shaft for the Chiltern Tunnel.
