HS2 Ground Clearance HarefieldAdd to Lightbox Download
Drilling equipment for works connected to the HS2 high-speed rail link is prepared close to Harvil Road on 13th July 2020 in Harefield, United Kingdom. The rig is expected to be used imminently to drill into the chalk aquifer and environmental campaigners contend that such drilling risks contamination of the aquifer which supplies around 22% of London’s drinking water.
