Denham, UK. 11 February, 2020. Thames Valley Police officers speak to environmental activists from Extinction Rebellion, Stop HS2 and Save the Colne Valley ‘slow walking’ in front of a large truck transporting a JCB forklift truck to a HS2 site at Denham in the Colne Valley. Contractors working on behalf of HS2 are rerouting electricity pylons through a Site of Metropolitan Importance for Nature Conservation (SMI) in conjunction with the high-speed rail link.
