Harefield, UK. 8 February, 2020. Environmental activists seek to prevent HS2 engineers from using a chainsaw to carry out tree felling works for the high-speed rail project alongside Harvil Road in the Colne Valley. The activists, based at a series of wildlife protection camps in the area, prevented the tree felling, for which road and rail closures had been implemented, for the duration of the weekend for which it had been scheduled.
