Harefield, UK. 8 February, 2020. An environmental activist embraces Mark Keir of Save the Colne Valley on Harvil Road during action to prevent tree felling works for the HS2 high-speed rail link in the Colne Valley. The activists, based at a series of wildlife protection camps in the area, prevented the tree felling, for which road and rail closures had been implemented, for the duration of the weekend for which it had been scheduled.
