Denham, UK. 7th December, 2020. Dan Hooper, widely known as the roads protester Swampy during the 1990s, occupies a tripod positioned in a misty river Colne in order to try to delay bridge building works in connection with the HS2 high-speed rail link. Anti-HS2 activists continue to resist the controversial £106bn rail project from a series of protest camps based along the initial phase of its route between London and Birmingham.
