Outsourced workers belonging to the Public & Commercial Services (PCS) union stand on a picket line outside their place of work at the Government Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) during strike action to demand a real living wage of £10.55 per hour (the Living Wage Foundation's London Living Wage) and terms and conditions comparable with civil servants who work in the same department.
